A unique experience in rich l’indochine culture and exploring the beautiful landscape of a Unesco site in Tonkin! Excellent food and services, staffs were super friendly and helpful. Ethan and the cruise manager carefully guided me from the beginning of each site tour. There were plenty of guests on board but I felt like being received a special individual care. I won’t never forget your warm greetings and checking on me, you did amazing jobs.

Excellent organisation and timing for the activities offered. Amazing attention to special food request: they provided a whole vegan meal even when a buffet with some vegan options was available. The staff has been very professional and ready to answer any question or request. Would suggest the experience to everyone travelling to Halong bay.

It's truly an extraordinary experience. The very first notable mention here is room. Not only is the room spacious but it is also super clean. The facilities in the room are great as well. the cable tv had premiere league so i didn't miss the super sunday match (the tv can provide english commentary as well!). The off-cruise activies kayaking, climbing and swimming are top-notch, very fun to join. Another upside of this trip is that all the activities are optional so if you want to ẹnoy yourself at the ship, you can go to the sundeck to breathe the air here, very freshing, believe me. Besides, the service is on class of its own. Big shout out to the managers, mr.captain, Ethan, Smiley, Taichi-man and other staff. They are super friendly and willing to hear your problems. All in all, you won't regret any single penny spending on it.

It was absolutely amazing! The crew is so friendly and attentive, especially Ethan. The atmosphere is amazing, enjoying the sunset on top of the boat with the beautiful landscape was perfect. It is difficult to decide where to relax - on your own balcony, in the Jacuzzi or on the sundeck. Wow!! Thank you so much for this stunning experience!

Ethan nam and the manager are AMAZING!!! Fantastic and friendly service and great English (communication skills). The boat is fancy. The decoration is very delicate, and the food is always fresh and so delicious. All the activities are fun and exciting (very safe). The crew takes care of everyone and every detail! I am very thankful, and hope to come back soon.

This experience will undoubtedly now be one of the highlights of our lives. The boat is beyond beautiful. The staff are adorable. The food is Michelin level and the beauty of Halong Bay took us on a fairytale experience. We were so sad leaving. Everything about this cruise is exceptional. Book the room with the bath, you won't regret a penny you spend on this tour. It exceeded our expectations in every way. I spent hours agonising over what cruise to do and I’m so glad this popped up for me and I chose it. Don't look beyond this tour!!!
